A concrete pouring method that ensures durability by applying appropriate vibration to the solidified concrete and thoroughly compacting it!
The "Leather Back Method" is a construction technique that allows for labor-saving and quality improvement compared to traditional manual work or large screed machines. By assembling short-span components that can be easily transported on-site, it can flexibly accommodate leveling widths from 1.5m to 20m. Furthermore, with high-frequency air vibration, it enables the leveling of high-strength concrete with a slump of 5.5cm, instantly compacting the internal voids. This ensures crack prevention and durability/wear resistance after completion.
【Features】
